The country in which caste is almost the manifestation of work and work is based essentially on caste, the value of the labour provided by a labourer is reduced to the work he does and the caste he belongs to. The lower the caste the worse treatment the labourer gets, often for doing skilled work. And if calamity takes place, natural or man-made, these people will be the first to bear the brunt of it since, in the eyes of those who execute laws, they are not human beings.
